LEMONADE Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") recognizes the importance of protecting your personal information and will comply with the Act on the Protection of Customer Information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Act"), and will endeavor to properly handle and protect customer information, including customer information, in accordance with the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy").

Article 4 (Disclosure and Provision to Third Parties)

Article 5 (Correction of customer information and suspension of use, etc.)

  1. If the customer (1) requests that the content of the customer information be corrected based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the information is not true, or (2) requests that the use of the customer information be suspended because the information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use previously announced or because the information was obtained or collected through false or other illegal means, the company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer himself, and based on the results of the investigation, correct the content of the customer information or suspend use and notify the customer to that effect. If the company decides not to correct or suspend use, the company will notify the customer to that effect.
  2. If you request that we delete your customer information, and if we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will delete the customer information after verifying that the request came from you, and notify you of this.
  3. If the Company is not obligated to make corrections, etc. or suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not apply.

Article 6 (Procedure for changing the privacy policy)

  1. We may change our privacy policy at our discretion in the following cases:

1.1. When changes to the privacy policy are in the general interest of users.

1.2 When the change to the privacy policy does not conflict with the purpose of the contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity for the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, the content of the change, and other circumstances related to the change.
