・The maximum number of guests is 10.

-Pets, animals and people under the age of 12 are not allowed inside.

・We do not have any equipment or fixtures for filming on hand. We cannot accommodate advance or later delivery.

・The facility (studio use) will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the user during use, such as theft, damage to equipment, or personal injury .

・If the footage is used in a manner not declared, a flat fee of 270,000 yen will be charged.

Use of the kitchen is subject to an additional fee and must be notified in advance.

"Use" refers to the use of the kitchen equipment, utensils, tableware, and sink. Shooting with the kitchen as the background is available at the regular rate.

・Use of the bathroom is subject to an additional fee and must be notified in advance.

Use includes use of the shower, filling the bathtub with water, and using the sink. Shooting in the bathroom as a background is available at the regular rate.

・As a general rule, please let us know in advance if you plan to move any furniture (including returning it to its original state).
Please be accompanied by a member of staff when moving .

In the unlikely event that damage, soiling, or scratches on the floor occur due to you moving around during the shoot when staff are not present, you will be responsible for the cost of repairing the damage.

In addition, if the damage is so severe that it makes it difficult to continue business, we will charge you compensation for business losses.

・Please return all furniture that has been used or moved to its original state.

If any items are left behind, we will charge you a disposal fee.

・Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building. If smoking is observed indoors, a cleaning fee of 200,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged.

*On the day of the shoot, please be sure to follow the instructions of the on-site staff when shooting.

Customers who violate the terms of use may be asked to leave at the discretion of staff on site.

If the shoot is cancelled due to the staff's decision, you will still be required to pay the fee based on your application.

<Studio usage fee>

Shooting hours: 9:00-19:00

Steel (1H): 15,000 yen/hour /tax not included

Movie (1H): 1 hour 45,000 yen / tax not included

Extension: 25,000 yen/tax not included for every 30 minutes

*Depending on the content of the shoot, we can also accommodate requests for use outside of opening hours.

Usage outside business hours will be subject to a 20% increase in the basic rate.

*On weekends and holidays, the basic rate increases by 20% and the minimum usage time is 5 hours.

*Payment is by invoice.
For first-time customers, payment is due within 14 days of use.

・You can enter the studio 10 minutes before your reservation.

・Unlike a house studio built specifically for filming, this facility does not have the necessary facilities or environment. Please understand that this is a filming location, not a studio.

・Please note that we may refuse your request for nude, semi-nude, swimsuit, or underwear photography depending on the content .

・Please bring in your own makeup mirror, full-length mirror, and rack. When using the rack, please make sure to protect it thoroughly.

 

<About reservations>

When making reservations for our studio, we give priority to confirmed reservations. Please apply for the "Studio Rental Plan" on the reservation site.

<About cancellations>

30 days before: 10%

14 days before: 30%

7 days before: 50%

3 days ago: 80%

1 day before and on the day: 100%
